Stitched By Whit takes pride on protecting the privacy of our customers who voluntarily provide us with information so we may better serve you. Stitched By Whit is the sole owner of the information collected. We will not sell or share any information given to any party.
SHIPPING
After order is placed, please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed and reviewed. Typically orders placed will not take this long, we like to give you that shipping time just in case something may be out of stock at the moment. We only ship to the billing address on file for the card used. If the billing and shipping address does not match, you will be refunded immediately. If your package is sent back due to being pronounced undeliverable or an insufficient address: Payment for RE-POSTAGE is on the consumer. We do not ship out more than once. All orders will require signature confirmation. We are NOT responsible for the delays of USPS due to any natural disasters or delays during the holidays.
PICKUP
Your order must be paid in full in order to be picked up. Be sure to enter in the correct contact information so that you may be contacted about your order. PICKUP will be available starting in 2021. Please only book your pickup appointment when you have received your email when your order is ready. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation email and government issued ID will be needed for pick up. You will be required to sign a pick up form. ONLY LOCATION AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP is the location listed. Pick up days are Wednesday- Saturday at times listed on the booking website. If those times do not work for you, please make outreach. Meet ups will forever be discontinued.
AFTERPAY ORDERS
All of orders that are purchased with AfterPay must follow all the rules of this online store. Policies do not change. We will still follow our shipping and processing policies with your order​.
RETURNS
All of the hair in the collection is FINAL SALE due to health and sanitation laws. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. If you feel like your product received is defective, please email us immediately within 2 business days of receiving your order. If under unforeseen circumstances, we grant you an exchange; it will be an even exchange and you will be responsible for all shipping fees. All hair cannot be brushed, cut, colored, washed or taken out of the wrap and band.
SALE ORDERS
All orders will not start processing until the end of the sale. All orders ship out in the way they are received. Due to the possibility of a high volume of orders, we ask a 10-business day minimum to process all orders.

If a charge back is placed after your purchase or after the delivery of your order, you are agreeing to pay all fees from the litigation that will be filed against you.

Do you offer refunds/ exchanges?
For health and sanitation reasons, we do not issue refunds or accept exchanges. If you believe the item purchased is defective, please email us and we will be happy to assist you with questions or concerns. All sales are final!
Is this human hair extensions?
Yes, this is human hair. It can be colored, cut, flat ironed or curled. The hair can be altered to your personal preference.​​
​What is AfterPay?
AfterPay is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - with no interest!
In most cases, it's 25% of the order total due up-front (also called your "down-payment" or "first installment"), with the remaining amount divided up across three more installments, each due two weeks apart. No interest, no up-front or hidden fees. I will only accept AfterPay orders for $200 and up.

How long will my hair extensions last?
For the maximum use of the hair, please treat the hair like your own. Wash, condition or even co-wash the hair. If you give the hair the proper care, it can be reused, installed and reinstalled and last up to one year. When re-installing, we recommend you add one more bundle to what you already have.
Should I blow dry my hair extensions?
You can apply heat due to it being human hair. However for the longevity of the hair, we recommend that you hang and air dry for best results.
What products can I use on my hair?
You can use as many products as you may like. It is your personal preference. We recommend that you use a small amount to avoid product build up. After purchasing our hair, check out our tip page for advice on products.
Does the hair shed?
Minimal to no shedding possible. You may see a few strands of shedding but nothing excessive. The best way to avoid shedding is to use a weft sealer.
Can I swim in my extensions?
Yes, you may swim in your extensions. We highly suggest putting your hair in a ponytail to avoid tangling. After swimming, we suggest you wash, condition and deep condition for the overall health of your hair.
Can I edit my order once its already placed?
No. You are not able to edit an order once placed. Please place your orders carefully.
